Master Artists have years of experience, extensive certifications, and advanced skill sets for detailed customization. Both deliver beautiful results — pricing reflects experience and artistry level.

With proper aftercare, your extensions can last 2–3 weeks before needing a fill. Your natural lash cycle and at-home care play a big role in retention.

Arrive with clean lashes — no mascara, oils, or skincare residue. Avoid caffeine right before your appointment to help you relax during the service.

We don’t recommend it. Mascara can break down adhesive and cause clumping. If you want a bolder look, ask your artist about hybrid or volume sets instead.

Not when applied correctly. Our artists isolate each lash individually to protect your natural lash health and maintain long-term growth.

Keep them dry for the first 24 hours, avoid steam and heavy oils, and gently cleanse daily with a lash-safe cleanser. Brushing them lightly helps maintain shape and fluff.

Yes — but we’ll need to evaluate your current set first. In some cases, a removal and new full set may be recommended for best results.

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a 50% service fee to respect our artists’ time.
