Kelly Clark is the founder of Lashademics and House of Lashademics, where her passion for education, entrepreneurship, and the beauty industry comes together with one clear mission: to elevate the standard of beauty education.

Kelly began her career as a hairstylist before discovering her passion for lash and brow artistry. As a licensed beauty professional, educator, business owner, and mentor, she has spent her career helping beauty professionals develop exceptional technical skills while building the confidence and business knowledge needed for long-term success.

As a mother of five, Kelly understands firsthand the importance of creating a career that offers both purpose and flexibility. She believes education has the power to change lives by creating opportunities for financial independence, personal growth, and the confidence to build a future on your own terms.

Lashademics was born from Kelly’s own journey through the beauty industry. Through both the successes she celebrated and the challenges she overcame, she recognized an opportunity to create the kind of school she wished had existed when she began her career—one that goes beyond teaching techniques and instead develops confident, capable, career-ready professionals.
